The CSR that helped me signup today was exceptionally helpful. I was confused by the on-line... signup process for a National Family plan. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by looking up my account, handling the signup for my wife on his end, keeping me informed as we went through the process, letting me know when he stopped the recording for privacy purposes (to take my credit card info) then restarted the recording to complete the process.I appreciate the candor in their videos where they say "we don't cover...". Where the insurance companies that nearly present as law firms hide in the details how they may leave you hanging, AFF is clear that they are attorneys managing the AOR program. If your case falls under AOR's broad self-defense umbrella then you're covered.
