After watching Heavy Duty Country on Youtube, I kicked them to the curb. I conceal carry dailey, It's nice to have the peace of mind to know that I have the best legal coverage, back by one of the best criminal defence law firm's in the country. The customer service I have received from your accounts manager Nikki Weaver has been outstanding , if she didn't know the answer to my question, she always got back to me in a timely manner with the answer. I am new to AOR, having just joined a few days ago (May 2024). I am very impressed with their... customer service; kudos to Braeden Victor, Mike Wasdin, and the others who have assisted me via the Support email team. Being new to self defense, I had tons of questions about the contract, emergency form, and general questions. Some were probably not the most intelligent, but everyone treated me with respect and answered issues they have probably answered a thousand times.
