However, the real advantage lies with their customer service. I made a dozen calls to clarify questions I had before I signed up and each time an incredibley knowledgeable CS rep named Tristen responded immediately. Every question was answered expertly and as a member I am entitled to speak directly to any attorney personally. I made the same inquiries in comparison with the insurance carriers and was put on hold, transferred asked to email in a question or was never called back.
