Only being a member for a week and speaking with some of the staff, I'm pleased already. Their attention to detail in regards to making sure all my questions were answered, was definitely reassuring. James was a HUGE help! I was on the fence between AOR and US Lawshield and after I called both companies I feel way more confident with my decision to go with AOR. I had specific questions about the contract and James was able to show me exactly where it said I was covered. The person with US Lawshield told me they were not 100% sure but they think I would not be covered under a specific circumstance. Again, I cannot overstate how great AOR (and James) has been for me so far. Granted, I never had to use them but if that day comes I feel prepared.
