Chandler Super Extreme DUI Lawyer

In Arizona, super extreme DUI A.R.S. §28-1382 is a (BAC) blood alcohol content of 0.20 or more. It is unlawful and you can be charged with a Super Extreme DUI if you are driving or are in actual physical control of a vehicle in the state of Arizona if you have an alcohol concentration of 0.20 or higher within two hours of driving or being in actual physical control of the vehicle and the alcohol concentration results from alcohol consumed either before or while driving or being in actual physical control of the vehicle.

It is well-known that Arizona has some of the harshest DUI laws in the country. Super Extreme DUI was created in Arizona due to a high number of alcohol-related fatalities in the state. At one time Arizona ranked 6th in the number of alcohol-related fatalities nationwide.

If you get charged with a super extreme DUI you can expect some very serious penalties, even for a first-time offense.

1ST SUPER EXTREME DUI PENALTIES:

  • Up to 6 months in jail (minimum 45 days)
  • Large fines and fees
  • Possible probation
  • Driver’s license suspension
  • Ignition interlock device
  • Alcohol counseling
  • SR-22 “High Risk” insurance rates
  • Possible community service

Don’t face your DUI alone!

The penalties for subsequent DUI offenses will be even harsher. If you have two DUI convictions within seven years of the DUI currently charged, you will move from the misdemeanor world to the felony world. As you can see, Arizona takes drunk driving very seriously.

The best advice I can give someone to avoid a DUI is to not drink alcohol and then drive the vehicle. It would be great if that would be all that was needed, but unfortunately, it’s not. Every year in the United States thousands of people die in alcohol-related accidents.

Remember, in Arizona, you could be guilty of DUI if you are impaired to the slightest degree. This means that just having a beer after work could put you at risk of a DUI, even though you are perfectly fine to drive. This is where having an experienced DUI attorney is crucial.

As a member of the AOR program, Attourney Rachel Moss helped handle a situation I was involved in and I can’t say enough good things about her and the program itself. She had my back immediately and helped me throughout the entire ordeal. She was very quick to respond to me, answered all my questions and helped me out tremendously. I would totally recommend the AOR program to others.

I just completed the upgrade, and it was easy and quick because I had already watched the video. I watched again most of it to refresh my memory of all the benefits. To have representation before a self-defense incident is comforting therefore not hesitate to protect myself and my family under duress. I know I don't want to hurt or kill anyone with my firearm but to be afraid of the ramifications and die because I'm afraid for my family's existence is counterproductive to having a firearm at all. I recommend this method, as one of the steps in self-defense.
Response from the owner:Hi Casey. Thanks for your kind words! We are honored to represent you. Marc
