600 pounds of marijuana

Another victim of the failed war on drugs

White sentencing – Mr. White was stopped will driving a van with 600 pounds of marijuana. Attorney Marc J. Victor represented Mr. White at sentencing where he made the argument that Mr. White was really only guilty of operating without a license since many people drive large amounts of marijuana around every day while delivering to dispensaries. He also pointed out the ridiculousness of the drug war and how it has destroyed many people’s lives.

Indeed, the real victim, in this case, was Mr. White, one of many victims of the failed war on a green leafy substance.

Mr. White has given written consent for The Attorneys For Freedom Law Firm to share his story and this video.

Without question - they offer THE MOST comprehensive plan of protection - PERIOD! Their staff - especially Lia - is very good at what she does and has been a pleasure to work with! I look forward to exploring all of the educational opportunities the AoR / AFF organization offers.

We had an amazing experience with Andrew Marcantel.  He was very responsive and helpful to all the questions we had throughout the process.  Additionally, his team, including his paralegal - Andrea, and front desk staff were always very friendly and willing to help whenever possible.  We would highly recommend Andrew and his team to anyone looking for an attorney.
Response from the owner:Thanks for your kind words! We are very lucky to have Andy and Andrea at our law firm.

I just did the update, and it was super easy. I have had these gentlemen on my phone and thankfully have never had to call them.
If I ever do, I will thank Heavy Duty Country for pointing them out.
