Promoting a harmful drug in the third degree §712-1246 (1) A person commits the offense of promoting a harmful drug in the third degree if the person knowingly possesses twenty-five or more capsules or tablets or dosage units containing one or more of the harmful drugs or one or more of the marijuana concentrates, or any combination thereof.

Hawaii divides its CDS into five groups or “schedules” (I through V), based on the potential for harm to the user.

  1. Schedule I drugs (such as opium derivatives) are those considered to have the highest degree of possible danger to users.
  2. Schedule II drugs (such as methadone and PCP) have a lower degree of possible danger to users than Schedule I drugs, but higher than Schedule III drugs.
  3. Schedule III drugs (such as lysergic acid) have a lower degree of possible danger than Schedule II drugs, but higher than Schedule IV drugs.
  4. Schedule IV drugs (such as zolpidem and diazepam) have a lower degree of possible danger than Schedule IIIA drugs, but higher than Schedule V drugs.
  5. Schedule V drugs (such as some dosages of codeine) have a lower degree of possible danger than Schedule IV drugs.

I think AOR is the best option and have just received my renewal. The firm refuses to answer this question: Has AOR ever represented anyone in my geographic area? No names, no details, just that question and they won’t answer it for “confidentiality” reasons. Strange I think.
Response from the owner: Thank you so much for your 5-star review, William! We have represented several people in different states on the east coast over the past 30 years. Attorney Andy Marcantel just appeared in a FL courthouse this week.  However, we have not yet had a case in NC.
