Reaction to FBI Raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Home

Attorney Marc J. Victor

I wanted respond to the FBI raid of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Palm Beach, Florida.

I urge everyone to use caution before making judgments about the justice department. We must wait until we have the full information on the case.

We know a warrant was served.

Warrant: a document issued by a legal or government official authorizing the police or some other body to make an arrest, search premises, or carry out some other action relating to the administration of justice:

Warrants are served all the time. Before a warrant is served, a Judge (in this case Magistrate Bruce Reinhart) reviews an affidavit. The judge needs to make a decision based on the affidavit and if there is probable cause before the warrant is issued.

Affidavit: a written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation, for use as evidence in court:

We need to reserve judgment until we have more information. Wait till we see the affidavit before we make any conclusions. We must get the FACTS first! Then we can look, learn, think, and analyze the facts.

In response to the smears on the credibility of Magistrate Bruce Reinhart, it is irrelevant. Reinhart was working in private practice for ten years, where he reportedly represented Epstein’s employees. This smear of his credibility is IRRELEVANT to this case.

Warrants are issued and served all the time. In some cases, a subpoena can be issued instead of a warrant.

Subpoena: is a writ issued by a government agency, most often a court, to compel testimony by a witness or production of evidence under a penalty for failure.

However, under the fourth amendment, you have a right to a neutral judge to review the affidavit to determine whether there is “probably cause” to determine a search warrant.

Fourth Amendment: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Conclusion:
Do not speculate until we have the facts! The law applies equally to everyone, it does not matter that he was a former President of the United States.

Nobody is above the law.

Stay tuned for more updates when more facts are released.

Attorneys for Freedom law firm represented a family member in a serious felony case that went to trial. The family member was facing possible decades in prison if convicted of the false allegations. While the family member was innocent of all the charges leveled against him, we used the expertise of veteran lawyers at Attorneys for Freedom to lead the way through the intricacies of the court system. After weeks of trial, he was found NOT GUILTY.
Joey Hamby and Andy Marcantel did an outstanding job in not only representing the family member in court but also researching all aspects of the case prior to trial. These two experienced trials tested lawyers spent hours with us in preparation to make sure they had all the facts in the case to defend the family member in the best possible way. Those hours paid off from not only working to select the best jurors possible and arranging the correct witnesses to testify on my son's behalf but also defending his rights before the judge and making a solid defense in front of the jury. We want to thank Joey and Andy for walking with us through this horrible ordeal and being at our side every step of the way.
In a serious felony case like this one, you want the best representation possible. We selected the absolute best in Attorneys for Freedom!

Joey Hamby is your Attorney! I felt supported and understood with him in my corner. His guidance and expertise made a difficult subject clear to a jury which led to a NOT GUILTY verdict. Equally, Andy Marcantel will fight for you as well and is a great Attorney. He was an amazing advocate for me who fought hard for the truth! I could not have navigated the system without them, and I recommend Attorney's for Freedom to anyone who's freedom is on the line... you'll be glad you did!
Response from the owner:We appreciate your kind words. Our attorneys are committed excellence in every case. Andy and Joey were honored to represent you!
